Who are we

Mooi was created from a simple idea: to build a place where people can slow down, enjoy delicious homemade food, and feel at home. Inspired by a love for brunch, great coffee, and warm, inviting spaces, Mooi was designed as a little escape in the heart of the city a place to gather with friends, work over a cup of coffee, or simply enjoy a quiet moment.

At Mooi, we believe that good food and genuine hospitality bring people together. Whether you’re starting your day with breakfast, joining us for lunch, or stopping by for coffee and cake, our goal is to create an experience that feels comfortable, memorable, and welcoming every time you visit.

  • Lovely Cafe! We had breakfast here on our first morning in Budapest as it was right by our hotel. The decor is stunning, staff are lovely and food was delicious. I had the eggs Benedict and the special Strawberry matcha, both divine! We then had take away coffees every morning and a pastry as we didn't have time to stop. Will definitely be returning when we come back to Budapest!
